Refund policy

After you send me your measurements, I begin production and your order cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

I do not issue returns unless the item is faulty. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the defect. In order to qualify for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn with its original packaging. If your order gets damaged after a short period of wear, contact me and I will evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have any other issues, please contact me at laleleilatex@gmail.com
